Recent assignments include analysis of global scholarship programs, issues in end-of-life-care and construction of an evaluation framework.
Grantmaking
Focus on your favorite aspects of giving and let us take on the tactical heavy lifting of grantmaking. Whether conducting due diligence on a new nonprofit or managing a complex international initiative, our team can handle any and all aspects of grantmaking so that you can focus on your overall vision. We currently manage, for example, a portfolio of education policy grants, graduate fellowships in the medical field and social services grants in two Asian countries.
Program Management
Whether your giving decisions are made around the dinner table or in the boardroom, we can help you realize your programmatic goals. Our team members act as program officers for funders without staff, and support existing personnel for those who do. We can manage individual programs or act as a full-service foundation office, facilitating board meetings, managing grantmaking and overseeing communications. We also incubate and operate programs and collaboratives through our fiscal sponsorship services. We currently provide comprehensive management services for 12 private foundations, with funding areas spanning human rights, environment, global development, education and health.
