Fondation CHANEL

Fondation CHANEL has the vision “for women and girls to be free to shape their own destiny.” In preparation for an upcoming increase in organizational resources, RPA conducted a multi–pronged evaluation of its grantmaking programs, processes, governance, and operations. RPA’s evaluation included interviews, surveys, metrics, and additional research. Based on the findings, RPA made recommendations to help the foundation attain its goals as it prepared to scale up.
