Cathy Frank Halstead serves as a Trustee of the Sidney E. Frank Foundation, which makes more than 90 annual grants in education, the arts, and the environment throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
Cathy Frank Halstead serves as a Trustee of the Sidney E. Frank Foundation, which makes more than 90 annual grants in education, the arts, and the environment throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Additionally, she is also a co-founder and trustee of the Tippet Rise Art Center as well as of the Adrian Brinkerhoff Foundation. Cathy is also a member of the Corporation of Brown University.
Cathy is an abstract painter and has shown her work internationally for more than two decades. She and her husband, Peter, established the Tippet Rise Art Center on an 11,000-acre ranch north of Yellowstone National Park. The center provides a unique environment for music and theater in the shadow of the Beartooth Mountains. The Adrian Brinkerhoff Foundation focuses on classical poetry and drama, bringing them to new audiences in innovative ways.
Cathy is a returning board member to the Board of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. She served three consecutive full terms on the RPA Board from 2007 through 2015.

Before joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Kimberly worked at BPI Chicago as the Director of Communications and Marketing and served as the Director of Law Communications and Marketing at DePaul University College of Law. She has consulting experience with media companies, higher education institutions, and associations.

Natasha joined Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in January 2024 as an Associate in Marketing & Communications and Board Relations. Natasha's role consists of providing comprehensive support to the Marketing and Communications team, Board Relations, and SVP of Marketing and Communications and Corporate Secretary. Natasha helps with various administrative duties, such as coordinating activities related to the Board and its committees, creating and updating documents for Marketing and Communications and Insights and Inquiry, in addition to supporting various events and activities.
Prior to RPA, Natasha worked at Rudin as an administrative floater, where she provided support to multiple departments, including marketing and risk management. She worked closely with the VP of Marketing and Risk Management to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, helped compile PowerPoint presentations and reports, and established a system to track projects. Natasha also contributed to the design of various brochures and ads, as well as an employee handbook. She also participated in many volunteering opportunities, such as serving as a teacher's assistant at Alley Pond Environmental Center and engaging in various company-related volunteer activities.
Natasha acquired certification in User Experience and Interface Design with Career Foundry, which helped her refine her creative thinking skills. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing. On a personal note, Natasha is a highly creative and upbeat individual who has a deep love for animals and the creative arts.

Sarah Malonda joined the team as the Senior Associate, Operations at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in April 2024. Sarah supports with the New York office operations, working closely with building management, vendors, and the operations team on-site to provide a welcoming and safe place for all employees and visitors. In addition to on-site support, Sarah works on a variety of projects offering operational support to different teams at RPA.
One of Sarah’s values is community building and service. Before joining RPA, Sarah was a Senior Program & Data Associate at a nonprofit organization supporting youth development in New York City public high schools. She also has experience in volunteer coordination and community organizing for a city council campaign in her hometown of Queens, New York.
She is a proud CUNY alum of Hunter College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and is continuing her education in Public Administration. In her spare time, she loves to go hiking and discovering new places to eat in the city.

Valerie Rockefeller chairs the Board of Directors of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, a nonprofit philanthropic services organization that accelerates philanthropy for a more just world. She also co-chairs BankFWD, a network dedicated to persuading banks to phase out financing for fossil fuels and fund clean energy. Her professional background is as a middle school special education teacher for adolescents with learning differences and emotional disabilities. Valerie has a M.Ed. in Special Education from the Bank Street College of Education and a MAT in Social Studies from Teachers College, Columbia University. She majored in International Relations at Stanford University and worked at the U.S. Department of Education during the first Clinton administration. She serves as a trustee of Achievement First, the Asian Cultural Council, the Collaborative for Spirituality in Education, Columbia University’s Teachers College, the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, Greenwich Academy, and The Trust for Mutual Understanding.
