Siona Caldwell

Siona Caldwell serves as a Grants Administrator on the Grants & Contracts Management team. In this role, she supports the management and implementation of all components of grants processing. This includes legal and regulatory compliance, collecting and reviewing all grantmaking requirements, data entry, and reporting data to internal and external stakeholders.

Before joining RPA, Siona was a Validation Officer for the grant services department at Charities Aid Foundation—America. Here, she served on the Due-Diligence Only team and then joined the team for a dedicated client where she managed a Donor Advised Fund. In this role, she conducted a custom due diligence process, assessed compliance with international grantmaking regulations, and reported on risk assessment.

She received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from George Washington University. She is from the Seattle area but has lived in Washington, DC for the past several years, and is now based in New York.
