Marisa Arellano
Senior Associate Advisory and Grants ManagementMarisa joins Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors as a member of the Advisory team working closely with the Grants Management team. She provides administrative and operational support to both teams.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in 2022, Marisa worked with The Juilliard School as a member of their Institutional Relations team, helping steward several high-profile foundational and corporate donors on behalf of the school. Marisa was also a sound designer for theatre and live performance who worked with organizations along the east coast including New York City Center, Chautauqua Theatre Company, and Spoleto Festival USA.
She is a graduate of the technical internship program in sound engineering at the Yale School of Drama and received her B.A. in Latino Identity and Performance from Bryn Mawr College. In her free time, she enjoys old video games, reading long novels, and attending concerts.
