Tia Rashke
AnalystTia works with Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ Midwest advisory team in Chicago to conduct research, prepare presentations, organize convenings, and administer grantmaking services. She is especially passionate about supporting consensus-building, social-emotional health, and restorative justice efforts through thoughtful, effective philanthropy.
Before joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in fall 2021, Tia spent a year living and volunteering in the context of Amate House, “a young-adult service and leadership development program grounded in social justice, faith, and community.” She served immigrant families in Chicago as the outreach coordinator for a food pantry, a soup kitchen, and an ESL program. Prior to that, Tia held internships in the areas of corporate social responsibility, public policy, and public health.
Tia graduated from Boston College in 2019, where she received a B.A. in theology, with minors in mathematics and justice studies. She is currently fascinated by the implementation of the Enneagram personality system as a tool for psycho-spiritual growth and cultural transformation. Originally from Wisconsin, Tia enjoys listening to podcasts and spending time in nature.
